ART SEAL is an inter-coat clear designed to protect COLOR HORIZONS™ artwork, graphics, striping or initial basecoat in a multi-layer custom application. ART SEAL enables the painter to sand minor tape lines smooth without damaging the underlying paint job. NOTE: ART SEAL is not intended to be used as a high-build topcoat clear. ART SEAL may or may not be compatible with paint systems other than COLOR HORIZONS and could produce undesirable results. Use at own risk.
